I have had weight issues since my early thirties and even more so after the birth of my daughter at age 37.  By the time my daughter was 6 months old - I weighed more than when I was nine months pregnant. Why? I was diagnosed as having had glandular fever and can remember the terrible lack of energy and stamina that I had until she was about 2 years old and while this went some way to explaining the severe tiredness - did not really explain the weight gain as such.   I met a colleague of Sheila's who put me on a very strict regime of vitamins and minerals to 'build up' my depleted body and slowly, I began to feel less tired, but never fully regained my stamina and energy that I had had before my daughters birth and I was still overweight.

I formulated a weight loss product and diet with Sheila's assistance and it was this that prompted Sheila and I to look at why and how we gain weight.  This was a fairly arduous journey for me - as I was a willing guinea pig - having tried all the traditional weight loss and exercise regimes and having not managed to achieve any real or sustained weight loss.  Plus, it was a constant struggle to stick to a diet, as the will power and deprivation that ensued would challenge a saint - in my opinion!

As Sheila uncovered more and more 'energetic' reasons as to why we hold weight to us - we realised, that it is little wonder why conventional diet and exercise programs fail.  For myself this process was not without a few glitches when we were formulating the process.  At one point I actually gained weight due to a glitch in my ethic 'encoding' if you will, I am part polynesian - and part of the racial 'encoding' tends toward holding more energetic weight to our bodies than other races, for example. 

Working on this program started us on our journey to create Sounds From Source and consequently over the past four years we finally nailed how to present and manage this program for others who carry excess weight.

You will find that as you go through the program with your consultant that you will naturally gravitate toward a healthier lifestyle - as that is what you and your body intrinsically want anyway.  All this program does is gently shave away the layers of  'energetic' reasons and causes of your holding onto weight.  As these energetic layers are peeled back - so to - your physical form follows.

Please allow for time, this is not a quick fix, magic pill.  The energetic layers can be from this lifetime, or, they may be cellular, ancestral or genetic (as in my case) or a myriad of other emotional or mental reasons. 

However, the process is relatively effortless, by going through the initial consultant sessions and playing the at home cd's - you will slowly but surely rid yourselves of any reasons to hold on to excess weight and therefore it will no longer stay.

Also, if you are following a diet or exercise plan - you will see results more quickly - and the results will stay.

• I also offer a follow up email service of up to 10 emails for support for each client.
• If you are a difficult case (and some of us are - I speak from experience) - then I also offer follow up sessions for $50, if extra help is required.
• I am happy to conduct group sessions via webinar - so if you have a group of friends or family members who would like to do this with you.  Please email me and we can set up a webinar for you and your friends.  That way you can all attend via the internet from your own home.
